Eplacement of nokia supernova 7610 mobile

Dear Sir,

I have purchased nokia supernova 7610 on dated 7 january since last few months my cell phone is not working properly.i am facing so many technical problems lyk my phone hangs agn n agn & switch off automatically infact nobody is able to hear my voice clearly due to this problem.the memory card dates is vanishing automatically.

I gone two three times in nokia customer care but nobody gives good response, they always say there is software problem but after updating software, i am facing again these problems my phone is in warranty period .pls do something

Now I am fully distisfy with this nokia services & nokia products.

pls replace my phone as soon as possible& see the technical problems .mail me at ritu_kaushal2008@yahoo.com and i''ll b wait of ur response.

pls do the needful at ur end.
