About the battery BL-5C not replaced

Hi sir, i m sirisha, i had bought nokia mob in the month of july-07, but unfortunately it was BL-5C battery, so in the month of august i made a complaint to Nokia web site, when i made a cal to customer service they said it was is delivary, it was already dispatched but till now (novumber ending) i did not receive any battery and my mobile is getting over heat and charging is also reducing. So i reduced using my mobile (means talking max of 15min if imporatant). Please can you help me whom approach about the battery. I wil be waiting for your replay. If possible reply to my mailID.
