Pathetic Service

Hi, i am Abhay Gupta, I had bought a nokia phone model no. N-95 & Serial No. 354835010560960, I have given this handset once as the SMS were neither going or Coming to nokia center, Noida but still is not working properly, . They took one month to give it back to me on commitment of one week. Apart from that its still having same problem. I am really frustrated from this company and kind of service you are providing bcoz they are doing nothing and my warranty period is about to expire, please Help as after warranty period you will start charging the Money from me and I ll have to stuck with the same defective handset.
