Misconduct by nokia care, Allahabad

Dear Sir,

Two months ago i submitted my nokia N-73 set at your nokia care centre at allahabad to get repaired. I was provided with a job sheet number-397504886/09/009/79 for further proceedings.

It has been now two moths since then and i am not getting my phone back. The Nokia care people at allahabad centre are now refusing to return my phone back because they have lost it.

If i will not get my phone back within a week i wil be bound to go to Consumer Forum to lodge a complain.

Hope you will pay attention to my case and take proper action.
