Nokia care charging for service in warranty period

I purchased nokia 6085 model on 5th Jan. Now the mini display not working and the main display is flickering. And it is under warranty period. Similar problem is reported by many consumers for the same model. I had given mobile to Nokia care in Marathahalli, Bangalore. They are claiming that the mobile has got water mark so it is not covered under warranty, though the phone never was in contact with water. Now they are asking me to pay for the service otherwise asking me to take mobile back without fixing the problem.

This is a common problem reported by many consumers of the same model. Now how can i get this resolved?
