Nokia N95 handfree not working

I purchased N95 on 12th August.

The hands free provided with that set is stop working after couple of months only.

I went to service centre but they asked to come again and again.

The hands free buttons are not working and the mic is dead.

Only i can hear voice.

Is there anyone who can help me?

I am screwed up totally.
