Sub Regarding Dissatisfaction of Nokia Customer Care

Sir,

I Harbaldeep singh Buy Nokia from Patiala .and face a problem in the Scroll key of my phone 5610 on 10 june the scroll key of phone was not working so I went to nokia customer care and tell them to sort out the problem in reply customer care executive told me that phone will be delivered to u with in a day, but I shouldn’t get back my phone till today after many more reminders he also don’t give me even single response about the status of my phone, I visited nokia customer care many times but the response of your prestigious company’s executives were very poor. Please find enclosed attachment given by Customer care Patiala.

Kindly help me and do needful.
