Handset Replacement

Sir, I have purchased Nokia E-51 from a shop of Lucknow on 30/07 and & i got some problem of Hanging of Mobile Applications and Battery Heatup, So i had given it to Nokia Customer Care on 30/8, They asked me for 1-2 months time for reparing it. Then i have denied him for further process because i could not bear for 1-2 month without my mobile. The problem is coming in 1 month of short period, So i would like to replace it by a new one. Because i'm a service person & i can't wait for one month. So please Kindly look into my matter & resolve my problem. Thanks.
