1.5 months at repair center. Still unable to repai

Hi,

I gave my Nokia 5310 (6 months old) for microphone not working. Repair Center kept it for 15 days and then said it is beyond their capability. They sent it to Chennai on 29th Aug. with Target date of delivering the repaired mobile by 15th Sept. Today is 25th Sept. Still they have no clue on the status of the mobile or when they are going to get it.

They say it is one year warranty. I paid around 10k for the mobile, used it for 5 months and now it in their repair shop for one and half months. They need to wait for probably couple of more months this way to complete the warranty period (probably in the repair shop itself). Nokia Care Center Name: EDGE COM. Job Sheet No> 529434038/080829/13. The Nokia Care Center is not ready to give any contact at Nokia or Chennai Center whom the customer can talk to.
