Nokia 5310 xpress music hangs

I bought a new nokia 5310 xpress music phone three months back from the present date sep26'08... the very next week the phone is hanging... when i asked about it to my brother he said that it usually happening to this model... so i kept quiet without going to the customer care center but now i donot know what happened to my contacts phone memory it is showing empty... even i am storing names again it is showing that the phone memory is empty... what i should do now... where can i give the complaint about it and get it replaced...
