Caller tune

Sir,

A force caller tune has been installed in my vodafone No.9830562360 which I was busy with taking my urgent job. After stopped my phone whithout hearing full as I was busy I surprisedly found the msg # Vodafone "caller Tune has been activated on your Vodafone mobile phone. Rs.30.00 will be deducted as monthly rental Sender Vodafone. I hereby strongly protest the above act. I ask who gv such liberty to deduct amount withiout my consent. Is it not attitude of harass a bonafide customer? Pl take immediate action and refund back my deducted amount hence forth and stop such type of unwanted business.
