Faulty hand-set 2600c

I bought New NOKIA 2600 c, this 17 August (M/s GROVER INFOCOMM) and found the Penal is loose is just find out within 3 days, due to find out and reported NOKIA CARE (SUSHIL TELECOM) within 10 days and still with them since 29/08. And now the looks like spurious, fake one. Is this the standard of NOKIA India mobiles? Or NOKIA as a whole

My IEMI no. is 355702023155775, which is still under warranty and 10 days old. When I called customer care, they say the penal loose does not cover under warranty same is cosmetic, Who can ask this... they simply say the standard cosmetic does not come under warranty, means they had sold the component not the penal. Will the authorities take trouble to take the same back as gift from my side.
