Estarting of nokia 3110 after inserting memory card

I purchased my 3110c nokia on 3rd august.but this model has given me a lot of work n service to do. After evry 2 months i went 2 the nokia care for solving my problem of restarting the phone again and again and getting swicthed off. The people at the nokia care were not at all concerned and provided a poor response to it. Each time they updated the version of my phone still it was not done. They didnt even send it to the higher

concerned sevice centre.if you can please please please replace it then it would really be great.
