NOKIA CELL PHONE - N-85
MAIN CAMERA NOT FUNCTIONING

Respected Sirs :

I had purchased one Nokia N85 Set from Their Authorized retail outlet - Mobile Store, Salt Lake, Kolkata, on 19.11.08 Sl No 356376020034918 for Rs 24199/-. After 2-3 month of using, the key pad were not functioning and finally this was reported to the NOKIA Service Centre At Sector V, Salt Lake on 21.2.09.

They told me to keep the set for an hour, but end of the day they said it requires to be sent to their

Delhi Office and the job would take 15 days time atleast. They issued a service tag no 267504886/090221/10. The set was then returned back to me on 9th Mar09 and I noticed that they

had damaged the main camera of my set and i am not able to shoot any image with that. The Camera

was of 5 mega pixel and the images are looking hazy now. This was again reported to them vide mail

dated 9th Mar09, but they had not responded to that also. It appears they do not bothers a small customer like me.

In this situation, being an unfortunate consumer I am now praying before your honour to give me

justice as deemed fit.

Shall be highly obliged for any suitable action from your kind control.
