Delay in service

I have given my handset for servicing as keypads of my Handset, NOKIA 6500, where not working.

Expected delivery date was 18th september. Now whenever you call nokia care they will tell you that handset is in Calcutta & is in process. I mean i dnt understand more than 1 month & still not repaired.

I just fail to undersatnd who should be held responsible for this. I am without a phone for more than one month. This is ridiculous. Atleast Nokia should provide me with temporary handset till the time they repair my handset.

This kind of service is not acceptable.
