Nokia mobile E 65

I had bought a Nokia E 65 mobile phone in April. This April my phone just went dead. I handed over the phone to the Nokia care center at New Thippasandra, HAL 3rd stage. This was on 16th April. I was told it will take a week. As I write this, today is 29th May. I have yet to get back my phone. Whenever I follow up with them, the standard reply I get is that "it is in process". Pleading, requesting and finally shouting has given no result. The personnels are the most callous set of people I have met. I am even given an assurance that they will call back and update me but, no prizes for guessing, I get no calls. I am at my wits end at what to do now. I have even spoken to the manager to no avail. I wonder if this some kind waiting game as to who will give in first!! My phone was still under warranty but was about 2 weeks away from expiring and I wonder is this the reason they are doing nothing? They must be thinking that eventually I will give up and go ahead and buy new phone. I have held out as I have a spare phone but it is an old phone and I am thinking of giving up and buying a new one. Is there anyway to escalate this to the Nokia company itself? Any advice would be appreciated.
