Nokia Mobile Phone Model 6233
The battery has swollen up

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice that i had purchased Nokia Model No.-6233 four years back which had a battery of 3.7V BP-6M. We were happy with our new purchase but since a couple of months the battery has seemed to have swollen up and the back of the mobile phone seems not to shut and is popping out.

I would really appreciate it if you could send another battery to me as soon as possible as it has caused a lot of inconvenience. I would like you to take action as soon as possible.
