I have purchased mobile on 15th may in Rs-13500/- from a store called Kanishk Communications (Priority Dealer) situated at Green Land, ameerpet, Hyderabad A.P India, then after using for few months im facing a problem of net surfing. Though i have given for software flushing twice, once at nokia customer care servicing point at panjagutta, second time at Customer Care Servincing Centre at saleem nagar (hyderabad. A.P.India). Still im facing same problem. so i request you to replace my mobile. Below mentioned mobile details with my home address.
