I have purchased mobile on 15th may in Rs-13500/- from a store called Kanishk Communications (Priority Dealer) situated at Green Land, ameerpet, Hyderabad A.P India, then after using for few months im facing a problem of net surfing. Though i have given for software flushing twice, once at nokia customer care servicing point at panjagutta, second time at Customer Care Servincing Centre at saleem nagar (hyderabad. A.P.India).
