Re:- Replacement of Nokia N-70-M set seial number- 351863015659994 and Jobsheet No. 1200238016

Myself Mr. pankaj shrivastava, I has bought one mobile handset 04/11 from Noida (Handset no. N-70-M music addition) during the operation it was giving problem from upper key do not work, & it was not working properly. so I contact to NOKIA CARE A-78, Sector-2 Noida (U.P.) 201301. MY (Jobsheet No. 1200238016, Mobile serial number. 351863015659994, Product Code- 0539276) as per Center head (Mr. jatin) handset to be replaced from head office. as per his instruction I have handed over to NOKIA CARE for replacement,

Even after repeated follow up, no one is taking care for the, same every day they give some different excuse,

Hence I request to you please see this matter very seriously (Guaranty period is also going to over on 4/11)

I request you to immediately give instruction to replace the set.
