POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE

I have deposited my phone at nokia care centre in jamshedpur.the details of the centre is gurunanak agancies, landmark tower, 52, thakur bari road, aam bagaan, sakchi, jsr-06.my phone had a major problem.it is mentioned in the job sheet (job sheet number-310343506/080819/29) and i was told that my problem would be solved in maximum of 15 days.the product code is 0539276 and warranty reference number is APAINY131174391.ASC number is 310_343506.i have deposited my phone on 19th of august.and till today have not got any positive response from their side.its very disappointing to see such a poor service of nokia care centre.it is just spoiling the goodwill of the company.the phone is urgently needed.please look into the matter.
