Cheating with Customers

I purchased Nokia N-95 8GB in mid April. After aprox. 40-45 days it started shutting down itself, When shown to there Complaint /Repair Centre at Green Park New Delhi. I was Advised to submit the same for repairs. After 4-5 Days I received an sms from Nokia to collect my phone instrument. After examining my phone in front of their technical experts (so called) I found my phone is still having the same problem. I was advised to submit my phone again for replacement. After 15-20 days the same sms I received that the phone is ready. I was happy!!
But the happiness was there for a few days, The key board of the phone stopped working and the battery started to discharge in 1 hour. I again approached the same centre at Green Park, New Delhi. The phone was again submitted
its now the 8th consecutive day there help line nos. are un reachable.
I am Feeling so helpless and cheated. The only advise I can give is PLS. DISCARD NOKIA.
They have now thrown substandard products in the market and only en-cashing their goodwill.
