I have recieved a message from Mr. Jack smith in uk and congratulate me that your cell phone has won 365, 000 pound from latest nokia promotion drow in uk.for claim call 447024055449 or email- nokionlinepromo@yahoo.co.uk

and then i email them they reply that winning paymet will be delivered the office of specia investigation office in united nations after verification now there all verification complete my address, number everything ok.

Now they demands Rs.25, 000 for processing fees for deliver the winning cheque to me.

Now i want to know they are true or fraud.

Please help me.
