and then i email them they reply that winning paymet will be delivered the office of specia investigation office in united nations after verification now there all verification complete my address, number everything ok.
Now they demands Rs.25, 000 for processing fees for deliver the winning cheque to me.
Now i want to know they are true or fraud.
Please help me.
