Sub :- Pathetic performance of new 7610 supernova.

This is to bring under your kind notice that i had bought nokia 7610 on 3/10/08 from nokia priority dealer conforming the genuine deal and Goodwill of the company But after a few days i realized a major technical problem of poor outgoing and audio quality, most of the time my voice was not audible to the other person on line. So Seeking the problem i gave the set to nokia customer care { ASC NO. 123_433527}, Explaining the above PROBLEM. Then thereafter i received the set after just a software up gradation as said by the concerned authorities and i realized the problem was still there as it was. So again 2 nd time i gave the set to the Nokia care people conforming the problem, SO at this time they asked to send the set to head office and after 15 days i was given back the set with the same problem un solved. Now this the third time i had send the set to nokia customer care again. This phone of mine has become a mental torture foe me with the poor performance of customer care to solve the problem in the above said case. Mine sentiments are deeply hurt Regarding yours customer handling. I request the authorities to please interfere in this case and please either change mine head set or to compensate me against the price of the product. Other wise i would left with no option either to move to consumer court and to create Awareness among masses against the poor customer back up for the people by the company
