Ecieved a message which mentioned i have won money

On 14th march 09 i recieved a message from nokia/uk that i have won three hundred and sixety thousand pounds and two nokia phones. i was asked to contact jerry white at 447031849854. i did that and he confirmed the winning. Their representative Ben Fenyang called me up this morning 21st march 09 and confirmed that he has reached India and is calling from customs. He asked me to make a payment of rs. 22700/- towards customs clearance charges. i did that. he now claims to be in delhi and has asked me to make a further payment of 1600 dollars towards obtaining certificates from the U.N. I have not done that. Please advise me further.
