Neha Pathak in the section of GuestCare just ignored my all e-mail requests of change of reservation and cancellation of ticket. I lived outside India and the web describes that requests should be made by e-mail.
Who is Naha Pathak?
I lost a lot of money and time and of course it is the Kingfisher and Naha Pathak that steal me them.
