Irresponsible behaviopur of TC and fans not working

Sir,

We have went to guwahati on 17-09 on a train number 2509 in S8 coach in berths 44 and 45.

in our compartment, one fan is not working.

And even on return journey, that is on 25-09 on train number 5630 in S1 coach in berths 69 and 70 also all the three fans are not working. I have complained to TC and he asked me to go and complain to diputy station master.

sir is this possible to get down of the train on the short time goven during the haltings at the station and complain?

so i request you to kindly take care of the issue
