Maintenance of coaches

Espected sir, iam just registering my complaint about the coach maintanence by irtc on my travel expierence. my trasaction id 0155661602 pnr no 6333856300 travel date 07-11. sir i and my co -passengers where sitting in our seats and it was raining heavily out side, when we reached vijayawada station. i fond lot of water enterering into our coach trough the windows[we were in the ac coach] all of our luggages got wet and some people slliped while walkking. we felt very bad about, the maintanence of the coaches.kindly note it was an very old coach on which we were traving so kindly take proper actions on these issues i hope we will get proper responce . thanking you, d.hariharaprasad
