Caller tune problem

Myself, Abhishek Kabra from jugsalai, jamshedpur.my mobile number is 09470391811.i had set a caller tune on 5th of august..but the caller tune is till not played... i have complained regarding this issue number of times in 09400024365 and many times i have been given new complaint numbers but till now my caller tune is not activated.and on top of that the customer care executives dont attend to us properly.they are there just to sit and warm the chair..they dont unnderstand the meaning of goodwill of the company.i request you to look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.customers are god.this saying is truth as it goes.one executive named sumanto das told me to do whatever i feel like.he didnt have the basic manners to talk to customers.such people should be thrown out of call centres.the latest complaint no was 2942080.and i also request to credit back the deducted amount as the caller tune was not played for about a month..
