Continous delay of EMU train SNG4

Respected sir

I want to draw your kind attention about the worst position of Emu train SNG4.this train is between Shakur basti & ghaziabad via New Delhi departure time 8:30 Pm from Shakur basti & its reaching time 09:45Pm at ghaziabad. but it reaches always between 10:30 to 11:00pm. it gots always late. there are so many daily passengers in this train who have to go near by villages or small towns like chipiyana, mehrauli, chapraula etc. who do not get any means of tpt. to go home at that late time.

so, i want to request you to give special concentration about EMU train SNG-4.
