Train late continously

This is very sad to say that the schedule time of trains is so poor. i don t know what is the reason behind that. two or three day in a week trains are late and the passenger is not reach the place at right time. Udhampur to Jalandhar DMU is late three or four day in a week and the person who get up at 6.00 AM in the moring after fresh he ready to going the station and he come on station at 7.40 AM and he wait for the train to go their work place and that time one announcement is coming that the train from jalandhar to udhampur is delay at 25 minutes or 30 minutes, what he achieved. Comapny s say him that this is your daily problem is train late and he listen everything what company say, in the morning. We are requested to the Incharge of Trains Driver please take some necessary step to remove this problem and the person who are coming on the station at right time and train is also right time so he travel with smile on his face not tension of late.
