PAN CARD NOT YET GIVEN

Dear Sir,

I Rajesh Das was an employee of Aegis BPO services ltd. and submitted my application form through my company, but they didn't send me my PAN card, as I had left the job and the secondary address was given of my home that is of lucknow,

and i don't know my pan card number and application number.

So please suggest me what should I do can I have a new Pan Card or not? My cell numbers are :-9795996996, 9889160125.

please check and do the need full.
