Bad service at authorised service centre

I bought a nxg super splender before 4 months. i serviced my bike at your athorised service centre. but he did not do proper sevices as like he did not wash... so on. before 12 days my bike's starter plugg not work properly. the i checked your athorised sevice centre than he said me it will change with 150 rupees. and one more problem is my bike first gear is running in problem but he did not do right it... i have check two service centres 1> in shikarpur, bulandshahar & 2> chaudhary service centre khurja bulandshahr . so plz take a right action as ur company ruls...
