O general Window AC
AC not cooling

I had bought a O GENERAL WINDOW 1.5 Tonne AC from Bharat Electronic on 28th May. Ever since the AC has not been cooling. I got it repaired from O GENERAL Authorised Service Centre - SAI AIR SERVICES. They took the AC on 11 Aug and returned it on 31st Aug.

They claimed that they have refilled the Gas and changed the condenser.

After that the winter season started so we didnt use the AC. Now when we have started it again for the first time the AC is not working again.

Now when i log in the complaint again, they are again asking me to pay service charges. I am very irritated we are at there mercy. Please advice what should i do.
