Defective Kettle

I purchased an Olga kettle manufactured and marketed by Swaraj Industrial & domestic app pvt. ltd for Rs. 550 on 16/09/08 from a shop called City Collection at Borivili IC colony.

I used the kettle about 7 times and the next time I tried the circuit breaker of the building went off and the power supply went away. This happened 3 more times.

I took this kettle to the shop and told them about the problem, they said they would repair it and called me back after 3 days.

The kettle was retuned to me and when i tried to use it again the power for the building went away.

I informed them about the problem and the shopkeeper said they would replace the heating filament of the kettle. I asked if they would replace the kettle but they said that would not heppen.

What can i do in this condition?
