Defective Product pathetic services by service cente

Sir,

I have purchased a Olympus SP560UZ Camera on 05th July (Sr. No. L78224880), from Bintang Electronics SDN.BHD.Kaulalumpur, Malaysia.

During the use of camera I came to know about two problems:

1.Picture get blurred if your hand is shaked durng the clicking of the picture

2.Having noise during recording.

I have given camera to service centre at Vsion Solutions, CP New Delhi on 29 th Dec.2008 against Job order no. 1390, since than they are trying to resolve the problem after changing many parts of the camera now they have concluded that it is the issue of model it self which can't be resolved.

I am totally un-happy with your service as well as product.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.
