Non-Receipt pf Printed Bill By Post

Dear Sir/Madam,

I an customer of CellOne Post paid service for the mobile no - 9428219187. I ahve not received the printed Bill Since the last 3 months via Post. However, I am enquired about the billing amount through customer care and made payments online in july and august. This time in september I have not been able to pay the bill online due to some problems during the transactions.
