Compressor failure - No response from service dealer past 3 days

I am purchased a 1 Ton capacity Onida A/c from Pondicherry. I had registered a complaint from their customer care on 29.05.2009 at 12.30 PM. Till the date, they have not comply any my complaint even after my repeated telephonic talk.
