For filling up gas

I made a call on 079-39889000 on 4th july to Ms. Mamta for filling up gas as it was suggested by the service man of Adoni service center man fro Ahmedabad center. She told that on Monday 6th July she will send person. As I am doing job I had taken a leave on that day, she called me in noon that she will send it on tuesday 7th july but no one came.

When I called this morning on 8th july she replied that she will do somthing, it means she is not sure that she will send any or not. Finally I talked to in-charge Mr. Akhtar, but he was not aware about anything so...

Since past 4 years they are using the same pattern. Attend the call, give any fix date and no one come for the complaint.
