I had booked five railway tickets (pune to ernakulam dated 21st of June and return ticket on the 28th of June) through an agency named Broadview Travel Pvt Ltd, but when i boarded the train I found that someone else has tickets for the same birth. Later we learned that the agent had cancelled the ticket. Initally a person named Kishan (that is how he intoduced himself) said that he would refund the money now he is not responding to the calls.

Please assist me...
