Missing the Documents

Sir,

From last three months the way Courier people are avoiding me its really a painful moment, on 20th Dec'11 KARVY send one documents, DOCAIT NO-7709998612, the documents is having a Cheque of RS.14000/- in favour of UNITED BANK OF INDIA, Meherpur Branch, Silchar, Dist_ Cachar Assam, in the name of Mr. Bimal Kanti Biswas, posted date 20th Dec'11 through overnite courier at Silchar, and as per your record it was delivered on 24th Dec'12, This I have confirmed from your Guwahati Office but when I asked to the bank persons to check my account they told me that no amount was deposted in that periods and band denied that they had not received such kind of documents in that periods, after that I had visited your silchar branch, almost i have spent 4hours over there but they are failed to show me the details of that documents. Every Day I called up your Silchar Branch manager, contact number is S.K.Daga, 9954312218, he simply avoiding me, this matter I have discussed with MR. Sah the Manager who is sitting at Guwahati office he assured me that he will persue the matter and let me know accordingly, but till date I could not get any response from your end. Its a matter of money, so I need your support and please help me out because its already past three months.
