Courier not delivered

I was supposed to receive a parcel sent by my parents from India in feb. Its not delivered till date. When I use the track number it shows delivered to some A. Dooge. I dont know what do to about this now coz the site doesnt even provide a contact number. This is outrageous coz its already so expensive to send something from so far off and upon that I dont even receive it.
