Overnite express
Non delivery of parcel

Sir,

i was about to recieve a parcel from kolkata in my office in worli, Mumbai. My office address being:

Tata International Limited

Block-A

Shivasagar Estate

Dr. Annie Besant Road

Mumbai-4000018

The parcel was sent on 14/05 from kolkata bearing docket number 564504531.

i am yet to recieve the parcel.yesterday i.e on 19/05 i recieved a couple of calls from overnite Express customer care in mumbai saying that i would definitely get the parcel by 6:30pm, they also gave me the number of their delivery boy, on calling him up today he said that he has already informed overnite express head office inmumbai that he has not yet recieved the parcel to be delivered. On calling the Head office no one is picking up the phone. I am amazed to find such a courier service which takes more than 6 days to deliver a parcel between two metros. The parcel is required urgently.
