Excess charges collected forcebly

I desired to send an old computer to my daughter's work place, she was transferred few days ago from TATA AIG Life Insurance, Muzaffarpur to its Pune Branch.

Overnite Express has a tie up arrangement with TATA AIG and on business relationship base, the local manager of O.N.Express has promissed to carry the parcel which was estimated to be 30-35 kg of weight, for Rs. 800 - 900.

My daughter has left Muzaffarpur for Pune on 14.06.2008 and instructed me to send the parcel as per verbal talk.

But when on 16.06.2008 I carried the parcel to booked it for Pune, the charges enhanced by local manager to Rs. 1700/- as the weight was increased by 5 Kg (i.e 40 kg)

Iagreed to give the enhanced amount also and after full cash payment my goods were booked vide their bill no 86868923 / dated 16.06.2008.

but it was extreme wonder to me when an additional charges of Rs. 1600/-(appr.) were collected forcebly from my daughter at pune before the delivery of goods
