Dear sir/madum

pls go through the given complaint regarding my firms pan card which returned from my office primises due to non presence of any person at time of dilevery, because of my newly opened office.

i already communicate your malad as wellas goregoan offices but there is no proper responce given by them they are not giving me a proper answer for my pan card where it was because of which we r faceing somuch probblem because of your very bad service and not giving proper report of my PAN card till today i not know aswellas your reagion and branch offices also not know where it is since last 3 days i am giving a call to your goregaon office but they always tell me it is at malad office for dilevery when i talk with malad office guy he tell me itwas returned at goregaon office because of this and your goregaon offices phone no one is picking at very rarely a leady can pick the phone at any time u can cll at this no.02226858282/02226858383 and also she is talking like we are her employee or a creaditor

pls if u able to solve my problem because u can inform me where is my document i will collect from there itself only because now i have no time i already late for my account oppening due to your service and responce i

dont know that a courier company like yours reputed name as a leading courier, giving this type of services
