Pacenet Broaband Service

Hi,

I am a user of Pacenet service staying in Malad (W) since last April 08. Recently in the month of January 09 Hathway launched its Internet services in our Area. So to make use of the economical rates I filled up a form and also issued a cheque for the services of Hathway to be started. After 7 days I get to know that they cant provide me with the service because I have pacenet. Some of my neighbours even got the connection from Hathway though they were with Pacenet. I have even called up the helpline no of Hathway on the website and spoken to Sheetal Kadam with the same issue but in vein.

Can someone help me and let me know what should I do.
