I purchased three pair of sandals from Borivali West, Mumbai (Company: Paduka) and sole of all the three of them broke in a period of just 2 months. On complaining the shopkeeper says us that we dont know how to wear sandals.

The behaviour was so rude, they were not accepting their fault.

Also on top of that they promised to deliver the repaired shoes on 30th june 09. When i went to pick them up on 5th June 09, the shoes were not ready but on top of that he is telling me you should have called and then come. Already i went 5 days after the due date and on top of that the shopkeeper is telling me that i should have called him and then come.

The last pair of sandal which i purchased broke in 1 day, that caused me so much of inconvenience also it would have resulted in accident.

This is not expected out of such a brand shoe product. Kindly look into the quality of the shoes.
