Poor quality of sport shoes

Dear Sir,

I Vijay. A.Patel had purchsed a force 10 sport shoes from your Exlusive show room on 06/08.(BILL NO. 1963)

As I have trust on brand name I had spent Rs. 699 for my sport shoes for best quality.

But I surprise within 5th day when I see that stiching of shoes start to break apart.

and sol of shoes start developing mark of fatique.

For your reference I had attach the photo of bad quality shoes.

When I contact show room they only offer to stich again, But my demand is replacement of shoes only.

As I had seen the crucial condition of shoes with a week time now I have no trust on the above said shoes.

So kindly replace my whole shoes.

This is only solution that can give me trust to your brand name and after sales service of your compony or I will exercise my rights to District consumer forum.

Please ask Show room people to replace my shoes.

I had log complain on line but till no response from your side.

I had call to gurugaon and karnal office but no one had replay.
