Sir i have not recived my pan card.

When i check my pan card status online it is showing the message

Status: Your PAN card has been returned undelivered by speed post to NSDL on 05-Feb. Please contact NSDL or the TIN-Facilitation Centre (TIN-FC) where application was made by you.

sir please guide me what i have to do as early as possible because i have attach a xerox copy of pan card to my office
